FBN

The association is now entering its second decade of existing. In 2018 we welcomed 15 new member associations; we celebrated our active participation and the recognition of our international structures as well as the beginning of our three-year partnership with Silver Star Motors (an official Mercedes-Benz representative for Bulgaria).

FBN-Bulgaria builds a family business network with the mission to develop and preserve the family values and traditions and to pass them on to the next generations. For 10 years we have been striving together to improve ourselves, to build and improve a unified family and business community.

On January the 17th six well respected Bulgarian families laid the foundation of Family Business Network – Bulgaria. The constitutors are Petar Mandzhukov, Ivaylo Mandzhukov (Mandzhukov EAD), Daneta Zheleva (Industrial Holding Bulgaria AD), Dinko Dinev (Dinevi Group OOD), Hristo Iliev (AGCapital AD); Yulian Indzhov (ISA 200 EOOD), Kiro Kirov and Ivan Kirov (Kirov AD). Petar Mandzhukov was unanimously voted the first chairperson of the association. A few months later the association became a member of the Global Family Business Network – FBN and the European structure – EFB. Almost all of the founders are still members of the organization and celebrate the success of the multitudinous community.
