Stefan Gugushev is a highly-qualified lawyer with many years of experience. He established Gugushev & Partners after he had gained experience in another Bulgarian law firm. Petar Mandzhukov
Honorable chairperson of the Management Board
Petar Mandzhukov is one of the initiators of the establishment of Family Business Network-Bulgaria in 2007. With a resolution of the Management Board from April 5th 2009 he was elected as an Honorable Chairperson of the association. Mr. Mandzhukov is a member of the Management Board of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria and a Chairperson of the advisory board of the Bulgarian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
Over the years Petar Mandzhukov and his family have executed a broad range of social activities and donations and supported the Bulgarian spirituality, culture and literature and socially disadvantaged families and people with disabilities. His help and contribution have been acknowledged numerous times. Petar Mandzhkov has been awarded the Stara Planina Order, 1st degree. He has been awarded the title Archon of the Holy Bishopric of Plovidv for his donations and cooperation with the Holy Eparchy of Plovdiv. As an award for his exceptional donations with an intransitive value and his contribution to the development of his hometown and municipality, Petar Mandzhukov has been declared honorary citizen of Plovdiv.

Valentin Valev

Engr. Valentin Valev was born in 1960 in Varna.
He graduated from the "Lyuben Karavelov" Higher Military Construction School with a profile of "Industrial and Civil Construction".
He is the owner and manager of "Express Garantion" and "Aquatec".
The path of entrepreneurship for the founder of the business, engr. Valentin Valev, started with small construction sites in 1990 and since 1994, with the creation of Aquatec Ltd., he has gone through the construction of aqua parks and large spa centers throughout Bulgaria, to reach to the open doors of Europe, where Aquatec is more than once a preferred partner for the construction of complex water facilities.
Aquatec Ltd. has been designing and building swimming pools (including Olympic, semi-Olympic, hotel and family pools), spa centers, aqua parks and fountains for 28 years.
Aquatec Ltd. is proud of its over 3,000 facilities in Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Italy, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine, Moldova, North Macedonia, UAE. Proof of the company's results and way of working are the awards it has received over the years, including the "International Innovation Award" from the European Spa Association and the "Innovative Spa Concept" award from the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and Spa Tourism.

Teodora Mladenova

Teodora Mladenova was born in 1981 and is the second generation owner of Teda Pack EAD, established as a family company for the production of packaging for the food industry, which is now part of an international group.
She has been a managing partner of the company since 2006 and has extensive experience in building, acquiring and managing manufacturing companies.
Teodora has a master's degree in economics from the Vienna University of Economics, majoring in "Production Management".
Fluent in English, German and Russian.
Teodora Mladenova is also an entrepreneur, managing several other family businesses - Date Trade Ltd. (real estate management and trading), which is currently a member of FBN Bulgaria, and New European Wave Entertainment (production company for films and video materials).
Teodora Mladenova has been an active member of the Next Generation community for many years. She is a member of the Program Committee of the FBN 16th Next Generation International Summit, which FBN Bulgaria hosted in June 2022.
Kiril Vasilev
Member of the Management Board
Kiril Vasilev is the founder and manager of the family company HMC JSC.
The beginning was made in 1990 with "Helios-Plovdiv - Vasilev & Co" - a company for trade in metals. In 2006, it was divided into two independent companies and one of them is "Helios Metal Center" (HMC) with an emphasis on production.
The first processing activity, which is still strongly represented in the company's portfolio, is the processing and production of rebar blanks.
In 2005, HMC JSC built its main production base for metal structures, gradually increasing its production capacity.
The company has an implemented quality and environmental management system ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, as well as fully covers the requirements for certification of welding activity EN ISO 3834-2:2005 and for conformity of production control according to EN 1090-2: 2008 excl. 3. HMC JSC continues to develop and acquire certificates that expand its capabilities and capacity by obtaining a certificate for welding railway components according to EN 15085-2.
The headquarters of the company is in Plovdiv and representative offices and production facilities are also built in Sofia and Burgas.
For its 32-year history, HMC JSC has completed projects in Germany, USA, Italy and successfully completed projects for Russia, Japan, Mexico and France.
Milena Zaharieva

Milena Zaharieva is a representative of the second generation of FairPlay International JSC - one of the most respected companies and a recognized leader in construction and real estate investments in Bulgaria, with almost 30 years of history.
FairPlay actively invests in the construction and management of residential buildings and gated complexes, shopping centers, logistics parks, hotels, hotel complexes and holiday villages, business buildings and agriculture. Under the brand FPI Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary company of FPI manages the boutique hotels Arena di Serdica and Crystal Palace in Sofia, SPA Resort St. Ivan Rilski in Bansko, as well as Santa Marina Holiday Village and Viva Mare Beach Hotel in Sozopol.
Another company, the FairPlay Agricultural Fund, manages the FPI's investments in agriculture, which include cultivation of owned and leased land, a cow farm and feed production.
After completing her high school education at the American International School in Thessaloniki, Greece, Milena headed to Spain, where she studied for 3 years at the Madrid campus of the American St. Louis University. In 2001, she went to the USA and completed her BA in Marketing and Spanish from St. Louis University in the state of Missouri. After a few years, Milena returned to her beloved Madrid, where she completed her master's degree in business administration at the prestigious IE - Instituto de Empresa. Milena joined the family company in 2005 and initially worked to attract foreign clients from UK, Denmark, Russia, etc. for the purpose of purchasing a property in the FPI vacation projects in Sozopol and Bansko.
Since 2006, Milena has been a member of the board of directors of FairPlay International JSC and is currently one of the company's executive directors.
Hristo Kusev

Dr. Hristo Kusev is a manager and partner in several companies specializing in real estate investment, development and management.
Through one of them - K & K LTD, the Kusevi family has been a member of FBN Bulgaria since January 2013. The company has been investing and developing projects for almost 25 years.
The focus of his activity is investment and development of production and warehouse properties.
Hristo Kusev is also a partner in East Ring LP LTD, whose main activity is the development of the East Ring Logistics Park, as well as in K&K Engineering LTD.
K&K Engineering specializes in the field of project management and integrated services in the field of construction.
Ivan Staykov

Ivan Staykov is a second generation participant in the family business and is currently a manager of GED EOOD. The company was established in 1992 as a small pre-press house and is nowadays a reliable partner offering a broad range of services, which could be verified from its many long-term partners. The main activities are design and professional pre-press, distribution of equipment, software and office materials, installation, warranty and post-warranty maintenance; solutions for the management of the flow of documents. Ivan Staykov was a vice-president of the youth FBN structure – Next Generation since 2014 until October 2020. Winning the right to host the Global Summit of FBN-I NextGen in 2020 in a very competitive race with France is one of the greatest achievements of NextGen and of Mr. Staykov as its vice president.
By decision of the General Assembly from April 2023, Ivan Staykov is the Chairman of Now Generation structure of FBN Bulgaria.

Dimitar Dimitrov is the commercial director of Right Pack Ltd. - part of the group of companies of the Dimitrovi family.
Right Pack is among the leading manufacturers in Bulgaria of cardboard, corrugated cardboard and polyethylene packaging.
In FBN Bulgaria, the Dimitrovi family has been a member since July 2018 with Techno Press Ltd., a parent company founded in 1999 for the import and distribution of machines and consumables for the printing industry, import and trade of components for the production of renewable energy sources, RES construction, electricity production, agriculture and food processing, wine production, consulting services.
Dimitar graduated from the Math High School "Acad. Kiril Popov", Plovdiv. He holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University, majoring in "Economic Management".
He is 32 years old, married with two children.
By decision of the General Assembly from April 2023, Dimitar Dimitrov is the Chairman of FBN Bulgaria Next Generation.
Anton Radev
Member of the Management Board
Mr. Anton Radev is a graduate of the prestigious Cass Business School in London, UK. He has a BA and Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance and Management and Entrepreneurship. He has specialized in Corporate and Investment Finance at an international financial institution in London.
Upon his return to Bulgaria he becomes part of the audit team of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading consulting and auditing company. In 2018, Mr. Radev is selected as a participant of PwC NextGen Leader Academy, New York. He graduates from the Academy with the absolute support of the participants for the most effective learner and the person with the highest social intelligence, which he proved in cooperation and activities.
Since 2011, together with his brother Georgi Radev, he is an active second generation owner and entrepreneur in the family business company "R & CO" JSC. The company has interests in finance, industrial equipment and construction equipment, real estate, energy and river cruise tourism. Anton Radev is a member of the Board of Directors and CFO of Euromarket Group AD - the largest Bulgarian company for mining, construction and industrial machinery.
In the continuity of family values, Anton Radev is committed to public and social causes. He is an active member of the FBN - Next Generation Youth Structure and part of the organizational committee of the FBN-I NextGen International Summit in 2020 that is to be held in Bulgaria. He is a lecturer at Leaders Academy - a project aimed at the professional development of young people in Bulgaria. He is an active supporter of the first mutual assistance network in our country - iHELP, supporting the idea that this will improve the quality of life of Bulgarians and help create a socially responsible and sustainable society.
