The company of the Kozanovi family Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia Ltd. is part of the group of hotels of NIKMI Jsc, which includes the 5-star hotel leaders in the Sofia market Grand Hotel Sofia and Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, the 5-star Kings' Valley Medical & Spa Hotel near Kazanlak and Lilia Hotel in Golden Sands resort.

On June 10, 2024, within the framework of the Annual Meeting of the FBN Community in Barcelona (Spain), the General Assembly of FBN International was held.

The sunny Saturday 18th of May gathered members of FBN Bulgaria for a series of visits to family businesses of member companies of the Association in the city of Sofia. More than 30 participants - representatives of three generations in the families that are members of the organisation - responded to the invitation for a rich and extremely interesting day of meetings.

The Management Board of FBN Bulgaria voted for the acceptance of VM Finance Group as a member of the Association.

The strong start of the joint initiative of the "Teach for Bulgaria" foundation and the "Family Business Association - Bulgaria" was given by Dimitar Valev, who met with 15-18-year-old students and their teachers on 17th of April this year.
