FBN FBN Bulgaria already has its Impact team
Two exceptional ladies of the second generation responded to the open invitation and declared their desire to engage in the creation and development of a Bulgarian Impact community under the auspices of the global organisation Family Business Network.
The purpose of the FBN Impact Community is to encourage and support business families in their quest to make a positive impact in the world by providing them with ideas for systemic change through responsible business transformation, impact investing, philanthropy and advocacy. Purposefully oriented to the next generations, the communication focuses on the idea of "redefining the concept of success" and relies on the unique role of the family business to be the bearer of change."By combining business expertise with family spirit, we build values-based businesses that strive to deliver ubiquitous growth, better risk management and promote sustainability. The Management Board of FBN Bulgaria highly appreciated the motivation and competence of Teodora Mladenova ("Teda Pak"/"Date Trade") and Gergana Manolova ("M-Gaz") and decided to entrust them with the construction of the Association's Impact community. The decision was dictated by the conviction that Teodora Mladenova's impressive business experience and many years of active participation in national and international FBN events will be of invaluable benefit as the leader of the Impact team, and Gergana Manolova's enthusiasm and expertise in the field of environmental, social and corporate management , will contribute to its future success.
