The company was established in 1989, gradually expanding the scope of its activities and growing. The investment portfolio was united in 2007 through the creation of the holding structure Bulagro Group Holding EAD, which today includes the following companies:

· BULAGRO JSC - trade in plant protection products and fertilizers, hybrid seeds, agricultural insurance, services, agroconsultations. It has the largest agro-pharmacy in the region of Stara Zagora;

· BULAGRO MACHINES JCS - many years of presence in the agricultural sector with sales and full service of agricultural machinery of world leaders. The established sales and service network covers the entire country;

· BULOIL LTD - supply of fuel and lubricants for agricultural machinery;

· BULAGRO ZEMYA LTD - established in April 2007 with the main purpose of leasing land for trials of new technologies, seeds, production trials and tests. In 2013, at the company's base in the village of Yazdach in Stara Zagora, a modern plant for the preparation of seeds for sowing, equipped with the highest class machines, came into operation.

The company works mainly on the Bulgarian market, with the activity being organized in a central office in Stara Zagora, a logistics center in Nova Zagora and trade and service centers in Dobrich, Polski Trambesh and Montana.

The founder of the company Hristofor Bunardzhiev, his wife Olga Lizogub, their two daughters and their husbands join our Association.
