FBN Lecture by the President of FBN-Bulgaria Next Generation at the event "Future-oriented Success Skills”
On July 1, 2020, the event "Future-oriented Success Skills”, organized jointly by the British-Bulgarian Trade Association, the British School of Sofia - Campus Plovdiv, the Business for Plovdiv Association, and the Municipality of Markovo, took place on the Plovdiv campus of the British School of Sofia near the village of Markovo.
The program, dedicated to the necessary skills for successful realization, featured interesting lecturers with different profiles: the mayor of Markovo - Desislava Terzieva, the director of British School - Matthew Osborne, deputy director of the International Trade Department at the British Embassy in Sofia - Anelia Todorova and the owner of BSS Theodora Nenova.
The President of FBN-Bulgaria NextGen, Mr. Victor Gugushev dedicated his presentation to issues related to intergenerational communication, possible interpersonal conflicts due to belonging to different generations, and effective models for overcoming differences - in the family business and any other social environment.
