On June 20 of this year another event was held in Sofia, at which Lyubomir Getov, Another Point Advisers - certified management consultant, author of books, useful and experienced expert in management issues was a guest.

Representatives of the second and third generations in family companies that are members of the "Association of Family Business - Bulgaria" talked with Mr. Getov about the specifics of different generations and intergenerational communication, and discussed how to effectively communicate and work with representatives of other generations - both family members with whom they work in the family business and colleagues from other generations.
Useful examples from the guest's many years of experience illustrated his advice to the participants.
