FBN FBN Bulgaria hosts the 16th Next Generation International Summit of the Family Business Network between June 5 and 11, 2022
Young heirs of family businesses from 30 countries arrive in Bulgaria in June
The meeting of the representatives of the Next Generation community of the international organization Family Business Network is an important event in its calendar, which is held every year on a different continent. The Next Gen summit brings together young representatives of family companies from around the world for a few days of meetings, conversations, sharing experiences, gaining new knowledge and friends.
Since its establishment in 2007 as an organization of family entrepreneurs, developing companies on a large scale, FBN Bulgaria is a member of the global network of family companies Family Business Network, based in Switzerland.
In 2018, the Bulgarian organization participated in a contested competition with France and won the hosting of the Next Generation International Summit in 2020.
After a two-year delay, imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, in June 2022 FBN Bulgaria will welcome more than 140 guests from 30 countries to Bulgaria. For the first time, a country in Southeast Europe is hosting an international event of FBN International of such a significant rank.
The event offers the hosts favorable opportunities to present the Bulgarian family business and the prospects for joint business ventures in Bulgaria to future business leaders from around the world.
The Next Gen International Summit in 2022 is held under the motto "Together we stand strong!" and marks a memorable anniversary of the youth community of the Family Business Network - the 20th anniversary of its establishment.
The diverse program of the event includes both the participation of inspiring speakers and opportunities for informal interaction of the participants, aimed at sharing valuable experiences and making lasting friendships.
The forum is held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, who will welcome the participants in the summit.
The event will be preceded by learning journeys for the guests on attractive routes throughout the country with planned visits to cultural and historical sites and family businesses in different regions of Bulgaria.
FBN Bulgaria realizes the 16th NxG International Summit with the financial support of all member Bulgarian family companies and with the organizational assistance of the member company of the Association "Balkan Holidays Partners" Ltd.
