FBN Lecture participation of Teodora Mladenova and Dimitar Dimitrov at the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University
Two representatives of the second generation in family companies - members of the "Association of Family Business - Bulgaria" were guests to an activity of students from the Faculty of Economics from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
On 3rd of November this year The members of the Management Board of the Association Teodora Mladenova ("Date Trade", "Teda Pak") and Dimitar Dimitrov ("Techno Press") were lecturers on the course "Family Business", led by Prof. D.Sc. Desislava Yordanova in the Master's program "Management and Entrepreneurship".
The participation of the two representatives of the youth community of FBN Bulgaria engaged the attention of the students not only with the interesting stories about the creation and development of their family companies, but also offered opportunities for asking questions on various topics. In a sincere conversation, Teodora Mladenova and Dimitar Dimitrov shared what challenges family businesses face, what is the natural development and how the inheritance process is organized in their family companies, what are the features of organizational culture and human resources management in family businesses.
The visit of the two lecturers is part of the joint initiatives of the "Association of Family Business - Bulgaria" and the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in fulfillment of the Cooperation Agreement signed by them in 2021.
