The topic of this year's event was: "Money. How to keep them?” The idea of ​​the seminar was to bring together both the founders of the companies and the representatives of the next generation to exchange ideas and experiences and to pay special attention to the challenges related to the preparation, motivation, and involvement of the next generation, and managing the transition between generations in the family business. The biggest challenge in this regard is the optimal distribution and structuring of personal wealth and the state of the company.
