FBN Representatives of FBN Bulgaria at the opening of the Early Childhood Development Complex of “For Our Children” Foundation
On July 22nd, more than 150 children, parents, partners and donors participated in the opening of the Early Childhood Development Complex in Sofia, established by “For Our Children” Foundation.
FBN Bulgaria supports the cause and projects of the foundation in the long run.
In 2019, the Association was a co-organizer of a charity tennis tournament in Plovdiv, hosted by the member company ATARO Clima Ltd.
A year later, in 2020, as a response to the invitation of the President of FBN Bulgaria Next Generation Mr. Victor Gugushev, for a few days around Easter, the members of the youth community made donations in the total amount of BGN 1,800 for the project of the foundation for the equipment of a sensory hall in the Complex for Early Childhood Development in Sofia.
The completely reconstructed and renovated complex, officially opened on July 22nd, 2021, is located on the territory of the former Medical and Social Care Home “St. Sophia”. The Early Childhood Development Complex will provide various forms of support to young children and their families, children with disabilities and those at risk of abandonment, as well as adoptive parents, foster parents and social workers.
FBN Bulgaria was presented at the event by the Executive Director of the Association Tanya Kirova and the President of FBN Bulgaria Next Generation Mr. Victor Gugushev (pictured with Dr. Ivanka Shalapatova, Executive Director of “For Our Children” Foundation).
