"If not now, when?" - under this motto TAIDER Family Business Association, the Turkish member organization of FBN International, welcomed between May 25th and 28th this year representatives of the Now Generation community from around the world at the first international forum of the structure.

Guests aged 30-55, actively involved in their family companies, gathered for exciting and fruitful days with a well-structured program and inspiring speakers, including Ali Sabancı, third generation representative of the Sabancı family, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Esas Holding and Pegasus Airlines and Ayşegül İldeniz, an international expert on innovation and technological transformation.

In addition to lectures, the program of FBN International Now Gen Forum Turkey also included the so-called "challenge discussions". The round table meetings discussed the most important and pressing issues facing a family business.

The discussions were organized in two rounds with facilitators: Farplus Group President Ahu Serter, ODDO BHF General Manager Alexis Lombard, NOMAINVEST General Secretary Catherine Noel, Light Eagle Founder Onur Eren, Investor, Consultant and Producer Özge Bulut Maraşlı, Risto Väyrynen from The Impact Office COB, Highgate founder and CEO Thomas Eymond-Laritaz, as well as Alephium CEO Vladimir Moshnyager.

Harvard Business School Senior Lecturer Christina Wing's speech titled "Thoughts and Revelations" was memorable. Wing shared information about the "issues surrounding families in the business world," which he has been dealing with for a long time in academia.

The final speech at the forum was by Sertaç Taşdelen, co-founder and CEO of Vision Technology, founder of Alaaddin Apps. Based on reflections on the topic of "entrepreneurs' journey of self-reinvention", Sertaç Taşdelen's speech referred to his experience as a technology entrepreneur and his aesthetic perception as a multidisciplinary visual artist.

The hospitable hosts ensured the impeccable organization of the forum, taking care of unforgettable dinners for the participants of the event.
