26 delegates of family companies, members of FBN Bulgaria took part in the General Assembly of the organization held at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia on April 7, 2023.

The General Assembly began with a welcome from Rolf-Juergen Seyerle, executive director of Silver Star Motors EAD - general partner of FBN Bulgaria.
Representatives of newly adopted family companies presented their businesses and families - Hristofor Bunardzhiev told about the history and successes of Bulgaro Group Holding EAD, and Yuri Sidorenko presented the family Sidorenko Holding JSC.

Within the framework of the previously announced agenda of the meeting were considered and adopted the report on the activities of the Management Board for 2022, the report on the financial situation of the Association and FBN EOOD as of 31.12.2022, the budget of the Association for 2023 and "Internal rules for control and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing of FBN Bulgaria".

The General Assembly accepted the application for the early retirement of Victor Gugushev as the chairman of FBN Bulgaria Next Generation and thanked him for the significant contribution to the development and strengthening of the youth structure.

The nomination made by the Management Board was presented and discussed and Dimitar Dimitrov was elected as the new chairman of FBN Bulgaria Next Generation.

On the proposal of the Management Board, Ivan Staykov was elected chairman of FBN Bulgaria Now Generation.

By virtue of the current statute and by decision of the General Assembly, the newly elected chairmen of structures received mandates as members of the organization's Management Board.

After the meeting, the participants were joined by other members of the organization for a joint dinner.
