At its meeting on April 7, 2023, the General Assembly of Family Business Network Bulgaria decided on changes in the composition of its governing bodies.

At the proposal of the Management Board of the association, the delegates representing the family companies - members of the organization, elected Hristo Kusev (K & K LTD) as a new member of the Management Board.

The General Assembly accepted the application for early withdrawal of Victor Gugushev (Gugushev & Partners Law Office) as chairman of Next Generation and thanked him for the significant contribution to the development and strengthening of the youth structure.

The nomination of the Management Board was presented and discussed and Dimitar Dimitrov (Techno Press Ltd.) was elected as the new chairman of Next Generation.

On the proposal of the Management Board, Ivan Staykov (GED Ltd.) was elected as the chairman of Now Generation.

By virtue of the current statute and by decision of the General Assembly, the newly elected chairmen of structures received mandates as members of the organization's Management Board.

With the voted changes, the Management Board of FBN Bulgaria becomes eleven members. Apart from the three new members, active mandates in the Board have its honorary chairman Petar Mandjoukov (Mandjoukov Ltd.), its chairman Stefan Gugushev (Gugushev & Partners Law Office), Teodora Mladenova (Date Trade Ltd.), Milena Zaharieva (FairPlay International JSC), Zhechko Kyurkchiev (Ficosota Holding JCS), Valentin Valev (Aquatec Ltd.), Kiril Vasilev (HMC JSC) and Anton Radev (R&CO JSC).

Dr. Hristo Kusev is a manager and partner in several companies specializing in real estate investment, development and management.

Through one of them - K & K LTD, the Kusevi family has been a member of FBN Bulgaria since January 2013. The company has been investing and developing projects for almost 25 years.

The focus of his activity is investment and development of production and warehouse properties. Hristo Kusev is also a partner in East Ring LP Ltd., whose main activity is the development of the East Ring Logistics Park, as well as in K&K Engineering Ltd. K&K Engineering specializes in project management and integrated services in the field of construction.

Dimitar Dimitrov is a representative of the second generation in the family company Techno Press Ltd. The company, founded in 1999, is engaged in the import and distribution of machines and consumables for the printing industry, the production of cardboard and polyethylene packaging, the import and trade of components for the production of energy from renewable sources, the construction of renewable energy sources, the production of electricity, agriculture and food processing, winemaking, consulting services.

Dimitar Dimitrov has been among the most active members of the youth structure of FBN Bulgaria in recent years - involved in all projects and events of Next Generation and the Association.

Ivan Staykov is the second generation in the family business and is currently the manager of GED Ltd. Founded in 1992 as a small prepress studio, today the company is a reliable partner to its many long-standing customers. The main areas of activity of the family company are design and professional pre-press, distribution of equipment, software and consumables, installation, warranty and post-warranty support, solutions for document management.

Ivan Staykov is the vice-president of Next Generation in two consecutive terms - from 2014 to October 2020. The hosting of FBN NxG International Summit, won in 2020 in a contested race with France, is one of the most the great successes of FBN Bulgaria and of Ivan Staykov as its vice president.
