The Management Board of the FBN - Bulgaria, registered under file no. № 16408/2006, under № 13631, volume 285, p. 110, in the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities at the Sofia City Court, with registered office and address of management in Sofia, Triaditsa district, Sq. Bulgaria № 1, convenes a General Meeting of FBN - Bulgaria, which will take place on 31.05.2016 (Tuesday) from 15.00 in Rozhen Hall, Hilton Hotel, Sofia, with the following agenda:
 

1. Report on the activities of the Association for 2015;
2. Statement of income and expenses of the Association for 2015;
3. Presentation of a work plan and program for the development of the Association in 2016;
4. Presentation of the draft budget for 2016;
5. Discussion and adoption of amendments to the Articles of Association of FBN Bulgaria, concerning the right to vote in the Management Board and the Deputy Chairman of NxG;
6. Voting of candidacies of members for admission to the Management Board;
7. Miscellaneous.
 
The registration of the members and the authorized representatives will start at 4.50 pm on the day of the meeting. You may register by presenting an identity document or a written Power of attorney following the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities and the Statute of the Association.
 
In the absence of a quorum under Art. 31 of the statutes of the Association, the General Assembly will be held from 16.00, at the same place and with the same agenda.
 
The documents for the meeting are available to the members in the office of the Association.
