FBN Third module - NXG Academy
On October 14, Sofia hosted the 3rd meeting of this year's NxG Bulgaria, part of the NxG Academy - Figures of the Future initiative.
The meeting was attended by about 20 representatives of the next generation. Traditionally, business premises of members of the Association were visited.
The first stop of the event was the production base of Tandem (a leading company for the production of meat products). Mr. Kiril Vatev made the audience familiar with 20 years of history of the family company Tandem, the challenges that the company has faced over the years, and his experience on how the next generation should be involved in the business.
In addition, everyone walked around the base, which meets the highest hygiene requirements, and had the chance to see the stages of processing of the meat before reaching the store network. Finally, everyone had the pleasure to taste the company's products.
Second stop in the program - MM Group (a company specializing in activities like insurance, luxury car trade, construction and investment in real estate), one of the relatively new members of the Association - Maya and Marin Hristovi (mother and son) welcomed us in their cozy new building, where they told us the history of their family business and their future development plans. The division of duties and responsibilities in the business turned out to be one of the secrets of their successful joint management. At the end of the meeting, the representatives of the next generation had the opportunity to see the showroom with luxury cars of the company.
